"Visibility Conference" is a conference with
10 or more Investors and up to 10 Startups. This is an 8:30AM to 1:00PM event where selected seed
stage companies will give a 10-minute
presentation, and receive 5 minutes of feedback and questions from
investors sitting in the audience. During other presentations, you will
be sitting with the investors in the audience. There is also a networking
lunch that is included in the event.
Although it is up to each participant to network at the conference,
every presenting company team member has the ideal opportunity to
meet all ten or more investors participating in the conference in an intimate

A lite breakfast will be served.
The selection process is 2-fold. First, the screening
team will select 12 candidates out of all the applications submitted
by the deadline. And second, the 12 candidates will participate in a 30-minute presentation
auditions where we will select up to 10 that
will present at the conference. The auditions can be done over an online collaboration tool such as GoToMeeting or Skype.

- Finally, go to Eventbrite (http://www.eventbrite.com/event/3871154728) to submit your $20 application fee to be considered. However, if
you are a client of any of the following firms: Right-Hand Partners, Fenwick & West and Tech Futures Group, there is no application fee.
If you are pressed for time, make sure that you at least send in your executive summary and app fee.
If you are selected to present and your company is *eligible* to become a client of the Tech Futures Group (TFG), you will be asked to fill out the formal application to become a client of TFG so that the participation fee that includes up to 3 hours of mandatory presentation content coaching will be $500 and 2 people from your management team will be admitted into the conference. Tech Futures Group will sponsor the remaining $500. If you want to register a 3rd management team member, the fee is $150.
Eligibility requirements for TFG: (1) Your company must be in the process of incorporating in the U.S. (e.g. DE C-Corp) and must be registered in CA and have your primary place of business located in one of the following 14 counties in Northern CA (San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Napa, Marin, Sonoma, Mendocino, Humboldt, or Del Norte); or (2) If your company is already registered in CA, your primary place of business must be located in one of the counties mentioned in #1.
OR, if you are selected to present and your company is not eligible to become a client of the Tech Futures Group, you will receive a link to pay the
$1000 company participation fee that includes up to 3 hours of mandatory presentation
content coaching. The $1000 admits up to 2 management team members per company into the conference.

Or, if you are already a client of the Tech Futures Group, you will receive a link to submit your $500 and an email to schedule your presentation content coaching session if selected.
